Russian Bot fires guns "I'll be back"

I saw that the other day. Love how they obscure the back of the "robot" in the shipping crate. This ain't Asimo with guns. I suspect if we saw the whole thing it would look like a front end loader with a robot mockup on the front
Looks like pure propaganda to me - a humanoid robot is far more difficult to design and control than the four-legged stuff we've seen DARPA and MiT working on. To the uninitiated, it probably looks cool and futuristic - but to anyone who has been following the development of robots here in the US (that they show us), it looks kludgy.
