I'm trying to remember the last draft that had just a ton of total busts. It was in the mid 2000s. This draft will mirror or surpass it imo. The LBs chosen before Reuben were laughable for where they went.

Cleveland has 5 of the top 52 picks. That's almost as good as Saban's recruiting

Praying NO Cleveland.

The Pack might too with Hawk retiring.
The Great White Hoax - Hawk - has been gone from GB for two years. But don't feel bad in not knowing that - it's like the old story about the announcement that President Calvin Coolidge was dead. Believe it was Will Rogers who said, "How can they tell?"

Meanwhile, no Reuben for the Pack to bolster, maybe transform their ghastly defense - Teddy Thompson's brain being encased in amber by now so future generations can try to understand how a GM can use his No. 1 pick on defensive players seven years in a row and continue to have the league's perennially crappiest D to show for it, HaHa notwithstanding.

So far they have had a very solid draft. No flash - all substance.
Yea but they've passed on the most important position 2 years in a row. Last year on Carson Wentz and this year on Watson. They aren't going anywhere with Cody Kessler..

We had four first round selections and I still went to bed bummed out about it. We are spoiled, my friends.

Also - I get all the shade thrown at the draft experts but the one thing they can't account for is GMs doing stupid stuff like we saw last night.

I can think of another two names ESPNPMS needs to add to their fired people: McShay and Kiper.

These guys have ZERO connections, nobody tells them anything, and someone serving a life sentence for murder who has never even seen a football game could arbitrarily match as many right as these guys get.

That's fair. The NFL draft is really an all parties involved show - evaluators (inside and outside the franchise), team management and other staff... all are extraordinarily inept.

They need a team, not a QB - lots of holes all over that team. Besides, none of the QBs in this year's draft was considered "can't miss".
