At least it was just his girlfriend. You got some who've walked in on a spouse with their best friend. That's when folk-sez start getting shot up.
Funny but very true. I thought it was quite telling or maybe "interesting" at how many married, middle/upper middle class women with children flocked to this movie. I told a friend of mine it was almost like the movie was about a secret fantasy of a lot of these women who'd been married and "settled" for years. LOL!

He's got the right mindset. Instead of freaking out and doing something that will land in jail he just wants to embarrass her.
When the movie came out, almost every woman in my office went to see it. They all talked about how romantic it was.
They didn't like it when I called it "mommy porn."
That's all it was about. Women who are married, have kids, and have been in the "settled life" for years. Reminiscing of the days of being single, having next to zero responsibility, experiencing the excitement of going out with someone new and all the "things"/feelings that come with that. Sure, because we know you had dating offers from Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Leo DiCaprio - the same kind I had from Kate Upton or, since it's more my age, Samantha Fox (I know, I know), Phoebe Cates, and Bobbi Brown.
Every day life is boring. I've just never been able to understand how visual porn makes one a pervert while Harlequin Romances doesn't.
This is a powerful point. When I read its like watching a video and I agree its no different. Some will say the visual is more powerful and maybe for some but just saying.
Much like when the good looking dude has slept with 50 women and is called a "stud". Yet a woman sleeps with that many men and is referred to as something much less complimenting. Double standards are everywhere. My 4 year old takes his clothes off and jumps on the trampoline butt "nekked" and everybody laughs. I do it and they call the cops. I don't get it.
