QB Jack Tuttle (San Marcos, CA)

Currently committed to Utah, but Alabama has gained ground and looks to have a good shot at flipping him. BOL reported he was told he can commit now if he likes even though he has not thrown in front of Saban.

"We always talk about playing 60 minutes but this is a 60-10 game: the 60 minutes of the game and the 10 minutes in the locker room after the game that you remember for the rest of your life."

Must be a pretty amazing player to have a commitable offer without actually throwing in person for Coach Saban.

Posted in another thread and meant to here, but I wouldn't read that tidbit to mean he's the next big thing at QB. Just that he's clearly the top target at the position and the staff wants to flip as quickly as possible.

I think this will certainly change the hierarchy. I saw where Fields got a bunch of CB's to FLA and one to UGA after he de-committed. Hurts/Tua may hurt us with him but you can never count us out with anybody.

That you, Col. Flagg? Still recruiting covertly crouched behind the date palms at your cousin Fannie's Whistle Stop Cafe?

Just an update on Tuttle: Bama seemed to be the program to possibly flip him a few weeks ago. With Matt Corral backing out of his USC commitment, USC is starting to put the pressure on Tuttle.

ESPN article framing the narrative as Tuttle isn't going anywhere. Long ways to go. We'll see.
