Vern and Gary probably told her it was the greatest game
Looking at things from an Alabama point of view I think I'd have to put the Arky 53 Ole Miss 52 OT game played on Nov. 7 2015 in my top 10. That game was close all the way, had the crazy lateral play on 4th and 25, and put us in position to get into the SECCG and ultimately the NC.
For starters, you have to compile a list from each season. Before you vote feel free to add. These are just off the top of my head

I'm sure I don't have some really good games but...knock yourselves out.

While I realize none of us are fans of it, let's be honest: the Kick Six was the game with the MOST important historical value to the sport - it prevented the first-ever totally legit three-peat in college football history.
However, I actually think the UGA-Auburn GAME was better than the 2013 Iron Bowl. Georgia climbed up off the mat and took the lead only to lose it on a freak play. Alabama should - SHOULD - have won the Iron Bowl in 2013 by double digits. But for historic import one cannot mistake it.
I ran into a friend in Boston the next summer and up there they were STILL talking about that game being watched in bars the previous November. I'd never experienced anything like that in my life, especially when you remember the Red Sox won the championship a month earlier.

I know people will disagree because everyone seems to like scoring fest and admittedly they are entertaining. But I would have to go with the 2011 LSU game what a old fashioned defensive slugfest, even losing the game I still say that is one of the best games I can ever remember watching. Two of the greatest defenses ever IMO.
The list itself is really silly. It's a bunch of high scoring/Big 12 type games, then it goes to Alabama losing and FCS beats high ranked FBS team. So basically, score a ton of points or have a big upset. That apparently makes a game great.
Edit:
I won't say they're the best game in the past ten years, but that regular season game and then the 2009 Tennessee game were both great games. I wouldn't argue with Kick 6 as being one of the top games, I do argue with the utterly silly and lazy notion that it basically just takes beating Alabama or scoring a bunch of points to make a great game. That's just lazy work.

Apologies if I said anything that could be construed as a personal insult.

It occurred more than 10 years ago (which kind of blows my mind), but the USC-Texas BCSNG was one of the best games I've seen in person. Great back-and-forth game in a classic setting. I hated that Texas won, but it was a great game nonetheless. I'd have to concur with 2011 Alabama-LSU. Alabama-UGA in the SECCG was a great back-and-forth game as well.

The 2013 barn game had to be one of the worst coached on the offensive side of the ball since Saban has been at Alabama. We had the best Alabama quarterback in 4 decades and they chose not to play to his strength's. Krazy is right, Bama should have won by double digits. A great game is when both play at the highest level, not when one handicaps itself.
