Don't most trees have deep roots? How will these survive on the top of a building without damaging the rest of the building as the roots grow?
I read a breakdown from a guy on reddit the other day that seemed to be super knowledgeable in these types of projects. He was pretty clear that this was more about the optics and PR than it being actually beneficial. I'll see if I can find it, it was a well written post
