They are 18-19 for the last 3 years. Only winning season was 2015. They went 8-5.
Yes, 2015 was the last time I checked. I gotta quit trying to be Selma and start looking things up.

The five years before Terry were awful: 5-7, 3-9, 1-11, 1-11, and 1-11. (11-49)
The past years Terry has put Akron at: 5-7, 5-7, 8-5, 5-7 and 5-7. (28-33)

Not exactly sitting the woods on fire but considering Terry has given them the only winning season since 2005 I guess he is doing all right. He has been close four of the last five years and close is pretty good for an Aubie:cool:

Some of these coaches are not considered in grave danger because the AD has given them an all clear. We know how that usually goes. No way Arkansas cannot have Bret on the ejection seat.

Some of these coaches will obviously not survive. This probably belongs on the coaching carousel thread, but who do yall think would call Bob Stoops first and get him to at least listen to an offer?

[insert fat joke here]

Kingsbury's lack of defense and wins is wearing thin in Lubbock.
I've seen numerous people across the country say this, but his contract might prohibit that. He signed an extension in 2014 that keeps him in Lubbock until 2020. Of the $22.9 million in that contract, $17.1 million was guaranteed. If he gets fired after this season, he's owed over $6 million. Can Texas Tech absorb that much cash?

If they make a phone call to these guys (http://amarillo.com/news/2017-02-11/billion-capital-b-canyon-high-grads-sell-mineral-rights-28b) they might find that they can afford a whole lot more - but they played for Kingsbury, so I doubt that they would help bury him.
