Kicking hurt Bama in '11 and '13. Everywhere else is more or less fine. At worst it's lack of experience at (at certain places) skilled position.

Daniel and Anders Carlson for no other reason than how good Daniel has been along with the strong University of Alabama bloodline. Such a shame.

Daniel Carlson by a wide margin. He's been ridiculous on FG's the last two seasons. 51 for 59 (86.4%) but it feels like he RARELY misses. Perfect on XP's for his career and averages 8.9 PPG. He's a definite weapon.

In close games I'd be a LOT less nervous with him attempting FG's in the 35-40 yrd+ range. Anything closer and you can go ahead and ring up 3 points on the scoreboard.

My first thought was really Stidham. Not because he could unseat Jalen. And maybe not Tua. But because with him, the barn just might be a threat. Without him, they're roadkill.

But Carlson is a much better answer. Will grate for a long time that he wanted Alabama, and we declined. ARRGGGHHH.

aside from taking Eason or Fitzgerald away from MSU and UGA and adding to our qb depth I can't think of anyone. Mostly taking players away from teams helps up than adding on. But Carlson is probably the one that really stands out in adding.

Good point. Carlson would probably immediately become an inconsistent kicker once he got on campus. Tuscaloosa tends to do that to kickers.

Antonio Calloway (WR) from Florida. I know we've got talent there, but him and Ridley would make a "DYNAMIC DUO" (Batman theme plays..lol) with both having experience and the talent they possess with both heading into their junior year.

We are deep at almost every position. Considering he should have been at Bama anyway I'm taking Auburn's PK Carlson. Dude is automatic and we are a mystery (at this point) at this position for '17.
