Ok - another ole miss blue haired biddy tribute. From the 1977 Women of the FUMC of Myrtle Beach...


1lb fresh crabmeat, cleaned and picked
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup butter
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup canned milk
3 chopped boiled eggs
3 tsps ccoking sherry
dash of mustard
dash of Worcestershire
chopped shrimp may be added, if desired


Combine all and fill crab shells - should make about 16
Sprinkle with Parmesan and a little paprika
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, until browned
