I can see calling law enforcement directly but no need to tie up the 911 lines. I don't think its abusive like some cases but still no need for it.
I am sure there is a Chinese restaurant nearby that will "adopt" all those stray cats.
That street name has been changed to "Bear Cave Lane"Probably sleeping where he always sleeps......except now......thanks to freaking humans there's (another) freaking house......where there wasn't any just the year prior!
