I can see calling law enforcement directly but no need to tie up the 911 lines. I don't think its abusive like some cases but still no need for it.You are probably right. I am sure that bear is just a cuddly sweetheart.
I am sure there is a Chinese restaurant nearby that will "adopt" all those stray cats.Oh sure, it's okay to call 911 for a bear on your porch but, I'm considered cruel and uncaring if I try to "take care" of all the stray cats that camp on my porch.
