Great read Jess ... I think the new guys will have some growing pains but there is a lot of great potential with the team in general. Even though the hype is warranted, i just hope that the new guys don't overbuy into the hype and just focus on enjoying the process and dedicate themselves to being the best they can as a team and individually. If this team does that, they should see continued success. I look forward to seeing them in action this year. #BUCKLEUP
