Barry Odom’s first season as a head coach at Missouri went about as poorly as it could have gone...There is enough talent in South Carolina’s territory, and Will Muschamp a good enough recruiter, that a productive long-term marriage isn’t out of the question...On top of it all, Tennessee head coach Butch Jones is running out of time... It will be difficult for Vanderbilt to repeat as a bowl team thanks to the questions at linebacker and offensive line, but head coach Derek Mason has at least stabilized the team’s base.

That season opener on Monday night is huge for the Vols season I think. If they slip and lose that game, which is possible, then lose their first two east division games at Florida and Georgia like Jess says,the vultures will start circling overhead.
