I did see a good-sized alligator escape from a pickup in front of me, in GA, just short of the NC line. They can really move fast, when they want to. My friend beside me said "Now, I've seen everything." Of course we hadn't seen a tiger... :)

A woman who lives in the area says the tiger pounced on her dog before the tiger was killed. The woman says her dog is OK but was obviously startled.

The lady's dog thought he was just going to terrorize another cat in the neighborhood till he rounded the corner; here kitty kitty kitty.
