Restaurant ow/mgr should have stepped up and escorted them out...the loud mouth that is.

Wife had a student last year who's dad utilized a ptsd service dog. Ran into them at Kroger sunday...nothing about that animal was "nasty". Have a very touching pic...if only I was tech savvy enough to post it.

Yep. That woman is all kinds of self-centered and stupid. She was far more the animal than the dog.

I'm sorry, there is something about the shrill screech of a harpy, the high pitched whine of an irate woman that adds something extra to the scene. It honestly would not be the same if a baritone man yelled at the same volume level.

For the record, when I am eating at a restaurant and a baby screams at the same volume level, it drives me absolutely batty, I want to go over to the parents and suggest they have the common decency to remove the screaming brat from the restaurant out of consideration for those who had no hand in creating the screaming baby.

OTOH, service dogs are trained to be quiet and to fade into the background...
