Don't know how late I'll make it, but I'm impressed with Cal's attitude so far. Reminds me a bit of Syracuse...

Both teams are better than in years past. Both have looked pretty well coached. If Cal does pull it off it won't be a fluke. And Wazzu is feeling a little too big for their britches lately.

Agreed.

Trying to figure out if Falk reminds me more of Marino or Theismann. He arm is golden, but those feet not so much.

Until he comes up against a really good defense - like in 2005 when his best-in-the-country passing attack got shut down, scoring only 10 points, in the Cotton Bowl.

Yup, but I think that was more about TT playing Bama than any scheme - if he had the same horses Alabama had, I think he'd be pretty impressive. His scheme is brilliant.

Wazzu playing sloppy. Falk has too much faith in his arm. Not a good decision there. Good play by Cal for the int in the end zone.
