He's really good. Great example was the last series. He specifically said "You have to sprint the Quarterback out with a run pass option. You can't keep him in the pocket because there will be too much pressure from those big linemen up the middle".
Stubborn ol Butch didn't listen, kept the QB in the pocket, he tried to throw a slant pass and one of the inside rushers batted it down.

Bet you never thought you might be comparing two of the three finalists among the candidates to replace Botch, even though the third finalist is sure to have more clout with the new sponsors Krispy Kreme and Hellmann's Mayonnaise (for the defense).
