Fourth, tennessee might not be a good football team, but they have lots of talent. Despite their coaching, even if Saban wanted to RUTS, there's no way Bama would score 100 points.

For the record, Bama beat Marion Military Institute 110-0 in 1922.

I suspect many people are going to be disappointed after this game - there seem to be a lot of expectations for Bama to win in a cake walk. tennessee is a talented rival, and while I expect a victory, I don't expect a blow out that some of you seem to be...

I bet most are just having fun as we hate UT, most will be happy with a win period. BUT when it comes to UT none would cry if we creamed them either.

I’d take Bama in the points for this game. Saban knows rivalry games and this is one he won’t call off the dogs so quickly. That and Utee is AWFUL!!!

I’ll be shocked if Tua doesn’t play the entire second half. I’m rarely this bullish on games but when it comes to 10RC and my level of disgust with that entire program I can’t help but smile like Dracula at a blood drive at what will take place Saturday.

In Las Vegas, spread is up -- now 35.5 or 36, depending on the specific casino.

If that holds, I'd guess it'll be 37 or 38 in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.

Bryant and Neyland (the coaches, not the stadiums) are spinning.

I am calling it now. Tennessee scores a TD against us either just before halftime or in garbage time to break their no TD streak, but still lose by more than 3 scores.

Think this game is much closer than most of us would like. I'm thinking 17-21 point victory not the 30, 40, 50 point margin most are expecting. Will happily be wrong if that's the case

Bama’s going to truck the Vols. They can’t throw the ball so what are they gonna do, run on Bama. Not bloody likely. I don’t think UT will score a touchdown again. Their last TD came against UMass ..... in the first half. Like last years team, the Vols seem to get worse as the team loses faith in the coaching staff. They’re riddled with injuries.

Anything can happen in cfb, but I’m taking Bama by 40 or more. It’s not like there’s a big drop off when Tua comes in.
