Trimix (usually alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine) is a drug cocktail that gives a much more intense and lasting reaction than the standard oral ED meds. I know, that's why I said it probably wasn't the cause here. More of a fun fact. I'm very curious what was in the pill, though.
I already ventured my guess above - a super hot dose of one of the common ED drugs. Any of them could trigger it, although Cialis is already designed to last a couple of days, rather than 4-6 hours...
Who here has met a woman that needs your erection to last 6 hours to satisfy her? If you have, let me tell you, there are normal women out there. This medicine with multiple day erections sounds just as dangerous as illegal drugs.
