Question: Any truth to the rumors of Miller, Lewis, and Wilson being available again this year?

I remember something Bobby Cox said when he was managing the Braves. When an injured player told him he was ready to play, Cox would make them sit one more day because he knew most athletes were so competitive that they wanted to get back on the field as soon as possible, even if they weren't really ready. The same thing applies even more when a championship is on the line. All of these players (even SDH) want to be out there regardless of whether they are 100%. They know that an experienced LB could be the difference between the playoffs and just another bowl, so they will say they are ready to play. Passing a physical and convincing the coaches might be a different issue, but they will try.
