Not saying Saban and Co didn't help his development, but LSU was cranking out crazy talented secondary players at the same time LC was at Bama.
I wonder how many players (for both teams) are still in the NFL that were part of the epic 2011 showdowns. LSU seemed to be so talented all over the place, but some of their secondary players and receivers were amazing.
Speaking of LC's mom, wonder if she still wears purple and gold, considering 7SU hasn't won a game against Alabama since her son committed in January 2012... :biggrin:
Someone once had a graphic that was a still of the line of scrimmage, and basically every player on both sides of the ball had an arrow pointing to them with their NFL team. It was something like 40 guys between both 2011 teams that were drafted.
Two of the most talent-laden football teams I've ever seen on the field at the same time...

What's unbelievably sad but true is that a bunch of Saints fans won't give Mark an ounce of credit because he played at Bama. It's preposterous but true unfortunately.
That’s true, but they’ve seem to have fizzled a little bit.
