I'm always worried that the victim (homeowner in this case) will talk too much. If the person says the wrong thing or the right thing in the wrong way, it could get the person in trouble with the law or in a civil court. Just have to be careful what you say even when grabbed by someone in your own home.

I dont think most people are against gun ownership. Most just want better rules to follow to buy them.
Or just following the rules in place. Like the USAF letting the FBI know of any psychotic former airmen discharged for being, well, psychotic.
