According to the lawsuit, the boy's penis got stuck on the potty trainer, made by Prince Lionheart, and the polypropylene surface then deeply cut his genitals almost all the way around. The family, who wishes not to be identified, alleges that the child was taken to the emergency room, where the family lawyer says his penis needed to be glued back together.
