Question: Anyone heard about the size of fanbases at the Sugar bowl?

Bama fans are broke. Too many championship games and playoffs over the last 10 years. Clempson fans are fairly new to it.
I disagree. This was the single best showing I've seen for Alabama at a post season game that I've gone to (all since 2012).
Vs Clemson 1 it was 60-40ish them
Vs Clemson 2 it was 70-30ish them
This was the best with a 50/50 split.

my cousin went to the game and he was saying the atmosphere (the tide folks) was similar to 1992
I think the original comment was posted pregame and just observation of what was being seen around town
It's always difficult to tell since they mic the crowd / room, but the Bama fans certainly seemed to be on point and LOUD during the game. Kudos to all who went and yelled their lungs out!

I agree. Like 1992, Bama fans seemed a bit unsure; somewhat apprehensive at first. But right after our tackle on the opening kickoff, Bama fans came out of their shell with a vengeance. Great atmosphere.

I saw this thread earlier today and was wondering about how we are going to represent in Hotlanta for the National Championship Game. I guess it is too early to tell right now but would assume we will be the minority fan base in this one. But, how much so?
Hard to see how not, with Atlanta-headquartered corporate blocks and the like...
