That's what I heard. A couple bags of Electrolytes and the dehydration issue was under control.
There hasn't been a lot said about the FLU BUG this year, but it hits athletes really hard because of the extra exercise and sweat they do every day.
I WAS RELIEVED TO HEAR THAT IT WASN'T A BIG BAD ISSUE.
