Himself a dealership owner and his father a garage and pump station owner it's not surprising that, of all the invitations he likely receives to speak, this is the one he would accept.
It's a long talk but if you hold out and watch the whole thing you get some VERY intimate looks at the way CNS processes his decisions internally and the struggles that he faces. It's a far more candid take than he gives to interviews or from the practice podium.
