I don't think I saw this posted elsewhere but in 2016 Coach Saban gave a speech on leadership at a big automotive expo in Atlanta. Himself a dealership owner and his father a garage and pump station owner it's not surprising that, of all the invitations he likely receives to speak, this is the one he would accept.
It's a long talk but if you hold out and watch the whole thing you get some VERY intimate looks at the way CNS processes his decisions internally and the struggles that he faces. It's a far more candid take than he gives to interviews or from the practice podium. He even talks about how his coaching staff is constantly under threat of poaching and the struggle to keep a great staff on the field.
