Looks like he bullied something from someone? Not excusing it, but from the vague wording of the description that maybe he took something by force?

It's 3rd degree robbery which, if you read the definition, could just be a verbal threat. Stupid nonetheless but let's not jump the shark here and act like this was an armed robbery until details come out..

Going to wait for more details.

Perhaps someone owed him money or property and he took it back? Who knows? Too early to tell.

This is real stupid. Over 15 dollar charger....

I predict this will be dropped, Uber Driver will be fired, and T-town looks stupid as usual.

First, the incident report came from UAPD, not TPD.

Second, third degree robbery isn't even listed on the incident report. Harassment and fourth degree theft are, though.
