I`m wondering particularly concerning Barmore and Tre Brown ( provided, of course, he sticks ), if anyone knows how long it might be before we know their status? I assume that qualification issues could be one or a combo of things ( grades? test score? both? ).

Every student is different. The clearinghouse can take its time all the way up until fall camp. Plus we have to wait on the students final grades from spring semester and any ACT or SAT re-takes.
if it is a test score issues, we usually know about a week or two after the test administration date.
if it is a GPA issue, we won't know until final grades post at the end of may
