For anyone interest in proactive wealth redistribution, here's some tips for a more successful venture:

First lesson: Don’t wear distinctive clothing. In one case, police said, surveillance video captured the burglar wearing "bright red tennis shoes."

Second lesson: Don’t leave your wallet behind. Police said that at the scene of a Feb. 1 attempted break-in, a resident found Stewart’s wallet nearby. They gave it to police.

Third lesson: Don’t keep wearing the same distinctive clothing. When officers visited Stewart, they said he was on his porch, wearing a red pair of Adidas, like the sneakers seen in the video.

Fourth lesson: Be circumspect. Police said when they visited Stewart he was wearing a watch reported stolen and "holding a bag of old coins taken from one of the burglaries."

How's he supposed to have any spending money if he doesn't break in to other people's homes and steal their stuff? Quit being racist or crying out loud.
