Poacher eaten by lions
while trying to hunt on game reserve
thought to be a worker
until gun found near head
karma, instant, awesome.

Screams heard throughout
middle of the night while search continued on
head found next morning
next to fat lions
licking chops

Probably couldn't fatten up much on him, since he couldn't graze on grass... :D

For all my years I've said hunting is a hobby NOT a sport - unless the animals have guns to make it a fair fight but........this IS pretty close.

(Reminds me of Billy Crystal's comment to Bruno Kirby about their next adventure being a safari where "only the animals have weapons and they hunt us").

It's not that I take joy but..........if you're a poacher (as opposed to, say, killing one because you live there and that's what you eat....

This was probably a poor person who was trying to either earn money by selling illegal animals or animal parts or collecting meat for his family. Some folks did not score well on their empathy exam.:smile:

I have no love lost for poachers, especially after watching the documentary series about Dian Fossey (Secrets in the Mists). So do I feel bad about this poacher being hunted, killed and devoured? Not one bit.
