Wow, so while the rest of college football is moving toward "participation trophies" coach Saban is telling National Championship Ring Wearing Five Star players that what they did last year wasn't good enough. I guess we will just have to wait and see how that ends.
Y'all laugh, but for years Va Tech under Beamer had a trophy case waiting for the national championship trophy that they came close to winning in 2000 Sugar Bowl.

Here at Alabama we don't give peoples champions trophies, undefeated shoulda beens, and future possible champions. No we do it the old fashioned way, we earn it on the field.
Heck, at Alabama you smash national championship runner up trophies. Think aTm would have done that?
