A Chinese condom company is considering manufacturing different sized condoms after an African health minister complained that China's products were “too small” for Zimbabwean men.

Well, I would think, theoretically, that most condoms made in China would be too small for the rest of the world, but that's just me talking out loud.

Obviously population wise -- I'd say China prescribes to the "Motion in the Ocean" philosophy over the "Size of the Junk in the Trunk" philosophy
