Watched Night Court on the “Decades” channel just the other day. Reminded me of watching sitcom TV with my grandad. We loved that show.

One of my personal favorite tv shows of the 80s, and Judge Stone was my favorite character.

So sad to hear about Harry Anderson. RIP Judge Stone.

My favorite episode was when Dan was brought into Night Court for some minor charge. He appears before Anderson dressed in a tux and formal overcoat. He confesses to the court that he is moonlighting for a male escort service named Boys R Us.

Strangely enough, I'm watching through the last season of "Cheers" and moments after I got the text he had passed, he made what had to have been
his first appearance on the show in years - and he wound up destroying Gary's Old Town Tavern with a bulldozer.

My favorite episode had Dan itching to go because he had a hot date, and the next case involved a man who does everything painfully slow, which he inherited from his father. "Come on, Speedy." LOL
