Bob Welton New Dir of Player Personnel

I didn't know that position was open. I did know Savage was leaving the Senior Bowl, but never heard he was leaving us as well. Guess I didn't pay attention.
No one said Phil was leaving. Apparently, Welton is friends with Phil.
Welton is filling the vacancy left by Jody Wright, who went back to UAB.
Welton worked with Savage with the Cleveland Browns. Phil wanted more time with his family and decided to part with the Senior Bowl. Of course Nick was the DC with the Browns as well.
Phil is the color analyst on the radio broadcast. I believe he is likely to keep that position alongside Eli...
Welton was at Tennessee with Butch Jones. Never liked Butch as an in-game hc, but he actually recruited pretty well. Welton probably had a lot to do with that.
