I have bought chopsticks and have practiced using them. I am getting better, but it is still a struggle. I actually had gotten good left handed and then the unpleasantness happened (2 years ago tomorrow). I had to re-learn right handed. I also bought some of the soup spoons you see a restaurants.My home church as a kid sponsored missionaries to China (you can tell how long ago this was. They made an annual visit to our church and Mrs. Tilley tutored me in the use of chopsticks. I eat as well with them as a fork and knife. They're actually better for salad...
