I strongly disagree, but don't want to get in a argument about an individual, especially with Bama ties. Also, I didn't say he was culpable, but that multiple insiders said "Bama had to trust him" regarding the Means case about which they were terrified. Though I understand the inference that would be drawn and accept it. My primary point was that it was not just an Ivy problem but a Bama problem. That was long ago and far away.
