I used to love boxing but it seems like it takes forever for the top boxers in a weight class to actually fight now.
Fury talking about retirement, if he doesn’t stay focused Wilder can help him with that
Very excited about this fight. Boxing takes so long to put together the fights people want to see and now this one is finally taking place again.
Wilder doesn't need the additional weight for power. Think it's to keep from getting pushed around by a much heavier Fury.
there is a difference between being a technical boxer and a knockout artist. Fury is clearly the former and Wilder the latter. If Fury changes like he is talking then he is opening up to being knocked out.
looking foward to the fight. Fury is tough because his style is a bit awkward to say the least. Has a great chin. Very good boxer. I'm surprised he came in heavier though. He didnt need the extra weight. I was going Fury in a decision however not so sure with that extra weight.
I kinda think Wilder wins in 8 by TKO. Fury seems less focused about this fight for the last 2 years while Wilder has obsessed over it.
He did, but again there's not much to be gained for Wilder. He's already statted at 99 on that right hand.
But the additional weight will be a big boon in the clinch, and a guy Fury's size can make you jelly legged in a hurry simply by leaning on you.
I could see a TKO if the cut Fury suffered last fight opens back up.
