I understand gloating is not how to conduct oneself. BUT...

How great is it we leapfrogged Ohio State for the record during an era when they are coached by Urban? In my opinion, this is a good example of when your best just isn't good enough.

Saban has had 75 #1 weeks since coming here. That puts him sixth all time compared to other teams.

I was afraid to mention that for fear of being accused of jinxing things :D, but now I will admit I pondered what we could call it if we are ever in contention for four in a row. Four-peat seems to mild a term to call such a remarkable achievement...how about...Four-Palooza?

Or maybe Gridiron Grand Slam?

We are experiencing a great era. For so many years we had to endure the AP bias against the South since so many writers resided in the East and Midwest. They have finally come to their senses... But then we gave them no choice... :)
