I suspect you are correcti think this is more about the empty seats in the student section
And maybe there’s a fat, white dude with a beard who climbs down chimneys and leaves toys every December......carried by reindeer on a sleigh!!!Maybe it was gone long enough that the new students won't mess it up.
Must be true since you didn't put it in blue font, and that you remember EVERYTHING...And maybe there’s a fat, white dude with a beard who climbs down chimneys and leaves toys every December......carried by reindeer on a sleigh!!!
I am glad they are bringing it back because it is always fun to sing along with, but they probably should have waited until an entire cadre of students had never sung the add-ins first. OTOH there could be a lot of pressure within the Greeks to keep it clean, so maybe there is a very slim chance. But then there is the rest of the student section too. The original add ins were pretty tame, it’s too bad someone went and added vulgarity to them.Lol. Nah. They all know the add-ins.

Having been one in my youth, I can tell you that drunk fraternity boys don’t pay much attention to anything an adult asks of them.I am glad they are bringing it back because it is always fun to sing along with, but they probably should have waited until an entire cadre of students had never sung the add-ins first. Same here, I never liked the song. I just love the tradition of everyone singing it..minus the additions. The students will sing the vulgarity and get it banned again. Personally I never cared for the song anyway even without the vulgar additions.
