I am surprised at LSU being 3 and Notre Dame being at 4. Would've reverse those two.

Clemson and ND are locks; Bama has to beat four SEC foes to be a lock.
I think the only way Bama is a lock with one loss is if it’s in the SECCG. A one loss Georgia will be ranked higher than a two loss LSU (I think A&M exposes them though).
Saturday starts the shakeup. Only guarantee is that things will change.

Considering SOS I'm surprised not #2, Clemson's toughest was A&M and came within a 2 pt conversion of losing.

The shake up started a couple of weeks ago.

I’m surprised to see Oklahoma where they are.

Bama is a lock with 1 loss if they lose to cowbells or the barn but win the SECCG IMO.

No big surprise really. They have LSU in the #3 spot and they mentioned that no team initially ranked #3 ever made the playoff. I expect that streak to continue after Saturday.
