Our IT guys are outside help. We don't have a IT guy in office. The virus was eradicated but the deep clean destroyed some windows files and our computers have been running slow. The IT company has now wiped our computers and was re-installing every bit of software back on the computers. They have now put a lock on downloading files. Out of 22 people only 5 now have Admin access to download. I just happen to be one of them. Funniest part is we now know who the culprit was that downloaded the file. It was one of the partners or the firm.Seems like it is time to bring in outside help to eradicate this. It'll be cheaper in the long run.
