Hopefully Tua will be ready to go by the end of the month. It would also be good for a certain big toe to be much better for this game. It would be nice to be able to feed a steady dose of Harris, Jacobs, Harris when we want to.

What about Terrell Lewis being ready to go by game time? That would be a great New Years present!
His projected recovery timeline would put him right on the bubble for the CFP.
Maybe it was in the 70's. I know Paul Bryant was coaching us at the time and Ara Parsegian (spelling) was the ND coach.
They beat us in both of those games. But, times are different now. For one thing, the wishbone is gone.
I agree. Hopefully, the time off will allow us to rest and re-focus - on top of putting in a great game plan. It's high time we came out played UP to our standard, regardless of the other team. We do that, with an emphasis on running the ball, we can make Oklahoma look bad. Processed, even.
Not "maybe", it was.
And some of us have spent 40+ years trying to forget them. (Along with the previous 2 bowl games, but for slightly different reasons.)
