Game Thread: Small Bowl Thread

I was actually planning on starting a game thread a few days ago but was thinking there was no reason for a thread on a tiny game. This small bowls thread solves that problem because we can devote multiple games to one thread.
Anyway, earlier Memphis was up 21-7. Now they are down 28-30. It was a pretty quick swing too.
