The telecast starts at 7:00 PM CT but there's always a little pregame talk so I'd say actual kickoff is 7:10-7:15.

The start time should also be affected by the ClemsonvND game. Should it go to extra time, Bama's game may be pushed back. Can't remember last year if Jawja's game caused Bama's game to be pushed back. I'm sure some of ya'll will know.

It didn't, the Georgia game ended after the Bama/Clemson game started. I remember that because I switched over to our game, missing the end of the Georgia game, and a loud cheer could be heard from the Bama section on tv when they found out the Bulldogs had won.

Kickoff last year was delayed for a bit in an effort to finish the Rose Bowl first. The wait got too long though so we had to go ahead and start on another channel.
If the first game finishes on time, I would expect we kickoff around 7:15. If not, it could be 7:30 or 7:45.
