Taunting call wasn’t a bad call - you may not like the rule, but he turned his head to look at the defender while playing “ keep away” with the ball. That’s taunting.
Me, I’d sit that kid for the rest of the game. Needless to say, I dislike that kind of behavior intensely and don’t buy the “ kids will be kids” nonsense.

Not if the taunt occurs on the field of play during play. Td is taken off and penalty assessed from site of taunt. Though that one was a stretch in my opinion.

They changed the rule a few years ago. If the taunting is in the field of play it takes the TD away and the penalty is added to the spot of the foul.
