In fairness hitting the quarterback is not allowed in the Big 12 as Murray expression showed when Williams tackled him.

Henry Ruggs III catch in the end zone was stupid good! It was a mirror image of a catch against UGA. We have the best group of receivers and they're all coming back next year!

Coach Saban directed the offense to grind out a seven minute drives, and keep Murray on the sidelines.
Do you really believe that Bama could not have scored 60+ against that pathetic defense if he had wanted to?
When you are up 28-7 in the first quarter you want as many long drives as possible.
And that does not even include Bama taking a knee at the end of the game. I sorely wanted Jacobs to run the ball up OU's nose one last time to emphasize to OU that they had had the backsides beat.

I'm trying to calm down, and I'll say something that get me in trouble, so I'll just say this:

I have ZERO respect for OU anymore, and I will never again pull for your program for anything unless I have to do so to help Alabama. You're now in the category of Tennessee and Penn St as far as I'm concerned. Kyler Murray would never make it through a season of facing SEC defenses. He would actually GET HIT repeatedly like he got yanked down early and plowed by Williams - and eventually be out. Tua got hurt because of the grind of SEC defenses aiming for his ankle (LSU, MSU) and able to hit hard (UGA). But Murray channels his inner Franco Harris and gives one to one of his slips when he's about to get creamed.

Which is why he didn't deserve the Heisman, and this game only confirmed it for me. All the comments about "not facing an offense" were so utterly clueless that I have to question whether such diplomas were earned at Neanderthal High.

Games should elicit respect, and I was raised to win and lose with class. But the garbage of the last four weeks of deriding our schedule, not having watched our games, and showing contempt deserves to be paid in kind with greater contempt.

This game legit proved that we are the only ones that can beat us. I mean we near about snatched that game from the jaws of victory with all the mistakes we were trying to make. Otherwise, no offense, but OK wasn't gonna touch us. Murray proved that he won the Heisman because he is the one that got OK where they were almost alone.

I really think we were more emotional in this game more than normal because of the Murray Heisman and all the hype they'd heard about how unstoppable their offense was.

We hardly ever play so undisciplined.

I also felt we got a little cute on offense in the first half with mixing in Jalen so much and splitting out Tua. Just a waste of plays IMO. Think if we hadn't out thunk ourselves we would have scored another couple TDS in the first half and it would have been over.

Well, we only punted twice and Jalen wasn’t in on those drives. The other stop was the trio of penalties meltdown at the end of the first half which led to 3. Jalen also not in on that drive either.

In case you guys were curious, the whole of OU nation that we ran across tonight was class acts from start to finish. Some of the online posters that were giving people a bad name.....ignore them. Met many a sooner tonight that was gracious even in defeat.
