I think and obviously hope so too. This is not these guy`s first rodeos. They know what they`re getting into from the jump.I think these guys are a little older with more experience.
I dare say they are not strangers to hard work/long hours.
I HOPE...
I heard Butch has gone to Maryland. Have not confirmed. What about Butch?
I think they will handle it just fine................they knew what they were walking into when they accepted the job( I am sure Saban's work program is well known throughout college football). How will this staff handle the Saban Grind? Better than last years group? I think they will. What do y’all think?
Not absolutely sure, but I thought I heard he had turned a job with the Terps down and was staying with us. Every placed I checked showed him still in the analyst position here.I heard Butch has gone to Maryland. Have not confirmed.
Don’t think he has been hired anywhere yet. He left at the advisement of Saban.Where did Kuligowski go?
Apology for being so behind in info . . .
Probably be hard pressed to find it anywhere else. I get the impression that it is a complex environment, and I do not mean that in a bad way. Success means opportunity. To realize the success, it is a demanding and rigorous environment sculpted from the personality, character and upbringing ( both personally and professionally ) of the man in charge. At the close of my own 30 year executive career, and from someone who has been and is fascinated by leadership and organizational dynamics, I would give my eye teeth to spend a year as a fly on the wall.Has a sitting HC ever turned over 7 assistants in one offseason? I can't ever remember this many changes without a change at the top.
One of the beat writers compiled information on assistant coach changes since Saban took over Alabama and it's not as bad as the media and others are making it seem. The last 2 years we've had a lot of turnover but before that not so much. Total coaching changes at Alabama by year:Has a sitting HC ever turned over 7 assistants in one offseason? I can't ever remember this many changes without a change at the top.
