They are also putting the replay official on screen and in some cases letting you hear the audio of them working through the video to make a call. Itís interesting but I could see it blowing up in someoneís face.

I feel for the guy. He is an absolute beast and this is going to cost him a lot of $. Hopefully he gets healthy and can make his money on his 2nd contract.

Tough break for JS. Heís a talent enough to maybe take earlier than some otherwise might if they have the picks. If I had multiple picks and needed massive help on the DL Iíd take a flyer on him. Oakland has 27 & 35. Thinking of adding Q and JS would be a haul even though youíd be waiting a little bit. Itís a total rebuild for them so why not?

Bronco's just traded for Joe Flacco. This may effect the draft in some way.

Idk, they might still draft a QB. But it definitely helps them have flexibility.

    Interesting move though.

I think the projection on SS will be even harsher....no idea what led to his decision to declare early. Would have made more money developing another year. Maybe a lesson for younger players to learn from.

La. Tech's Jaylon Ferguson disinvited to scouting combine

The NFL has rescinded Louisiana Tech pass rusher Jaylon Ferguson's invitation to the scouting combine after a background check turned up an off-field issue that made him ineligible under the league's policy, sources tell NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

Ferguson, the NCAA's all-time sack leader, was convicted of simple battery his freshman year at Tech following a fight at a McDonald's. As per the rules, that's enough to take away a combine invitation. The NFL told clubs last month players would be barred from the combine "if a background check reveals a conviction of a felony or misdemeanor involving violence."

Ferguson also received a public intoxication charge while in college. A potential first-round selection, teams have already begun reaching out to schedule visits. Those will increase with him not going to the combine.
