Also, polling in South Carolina is showing just how soft Biden seems to be as this campaign drives onward. Streyer has no organization in the state and simply inundated it with ads and has clearly pulled a ton of support - especially among black DNP voters - over the last few weeks. Bernie is with 5 points of Biden now in SC when he was polling below the 15% delegate minimum back in late 2019.
Changes back and forth in South Carolina happen everytime we are here because the general strategy is trying to not get 3rd in both Iowa and New Hampshire. Plus he has another debate to make it up if the poll is accurate. South Carolina will probably be an 8-12 point win for Biden, and its probably even worse depending how many people get out in the coming weeks. The South will almost be all for Biden in a big way.

That is the conventional wisdom but it has been trending towards a closer shave lately. As you point out, fluid movement right now. Biden is well organized there from what I’ve heard so they’re in decent position to save themselves against what could be a slow start in IA, NH, and NV.

I think Buttigieg is the only one who is in trouble if he doesn’t at least come in a strong 2nd tomorrow. Frankly, I think his successful spiking of the Final DMR Iowa Poll - even though the problem randomly affected every candidate - was because his polling got worse and it was going to panic his financial supporters. He at least wants to make it to New Hampshire because he was also heavily organized there too.

based on one poll? I just don't see Biden losing his Southern fortress of delegates, also here is something Bernie fans should be really worried about.

Berni California

If Biden is polling that well amongst Left leaning Californians then you might as well lock up the nomination because that is Bernie's biggest base of delegates.

Then you look in New York. Bernie doesn't look too hot.

Bernie really cant trade blows with Warren and expect to beat Biden. Really he needs to swamp Warren early and win some early upsets or else he is toast.

My hunch is that Bernie is going to win California once he can turn his organization towards canvassing the state.

Also apparently the Mike Cernovich’s aborted final DMR poll leak that has been confirmed by another journalist. Biden polling below the 15% delegate cutoff in Iowa.

leaking to Cernovich is one way to make everyone assume it is fake though

I'm still looking for a Democrat to earn my vote. The best way to do that is to waste less taxpayer money. None are remotely planning to do that. In fact, they are trying to outspend each other. The productive citizen loses, but which politician "wins"? From Reason:

Education
Sanders would forgive all student loans—even for the rich. He also demands that government give everyone child care and pre-K.
.....
Sanders "wins" in the education category, with nearly $300 billion in promises.

Climate
All the Democrats pretend they will do something useful about climate change. Biden would spend $170 billion per year, Buttigieg $150 billion to $200 billion, and Warren $300 billion. Sanders "wins" this category, too, by promising more than $1 trillion.

Health Care
Even the "moderate," Biden, now wants to "build out Obamacare" and to cover people here illegally.
So does Buttigieg—but he'd spend twice as much on it.
Warren complains the Buttigieg plan "costs so much less" than her plan. She'd spend $2 trillion a year.
Sanders is again the biggest spender. He'd spend $3 trillion of your money on his "Medicare for All" plan.

Welfare
Sanders "wins" again. He promises to guarantee everyone a job, provide "housing for all," and give more people food stamps.

Miscellaneous
Bernie Sanders blows them all out of the water, with nearly $5 trillion in proposed new spending!
"I'm not denying we're going to spend a lot of money," he admits.

From the last three years, do you trust Trump and the Republicans to take care of the public funds? If so, I'm mystified...

Good Lord.

There is work for those that want to work. My 401k is booming. Two gorgeous, minority women just owned the Superbowl, and a Tuskeegee Airman presented the coin for the toss. There are likely 75 minorities on the field who have made more money than I ever will.

How many folks who actually live socialism everyday, would sacrifice everything for the chance to live in our country? Why are all those "hordes" of refugees not running to cuba or venezuela for sanctuary?

You dont like your president. Me neither. But socialism? Really?

Me too but Bohdi post just reminds me how much it will hurt to fill that bubble if Bernie is the nominee.
I live in Alabama so my vote is a waste of time. But I just couldn’t bring myself to vote for Hillary in 2016. I really don’t want Sanders as president, but if he is the nominee I will actually vote for him.
