Now that the Draft is over....

Alabama has had 32 NFL Draft Picks in the last 3 seasons..... THIRTY TWO!!!

2017 - (10) Marlon Humphrey, Jonathan Allen, OJ Howard, Reuben Foster, Cam Robinson, Ryan Anderson, Dalvin Tomlinson, Tim Williams, ArDarius Stewart, Eddie Jackson

2018 - (12) Minkah Fitzpatrick, Da'Ron Payne, Rashaan Evans, Calvin Ridley, Ronnie Harrison, Da'Shawn Hand, Anthony Averett, JK Scott, Shaun Dion Hamilton, Bradley Bozeman, Bo Scarbrough, Joshua Frazier

2019 - (10) Quinnen Williams, Jonah Williams, Josh Jacobs, Irv Smith Jr., Damien Harris, Christian Miller, Deionte Thompson, Ross Pierschbacher, Mack Wilson, Isaiah Buggs

When you couple that kind of ELITE player turnover (mostly underclassmen) along with the inordinate amount of coaching staff turnover the last 2-3 years....

I mean it's honestly just unbelievable that we have STILL played in 4 Straight CFPNCG's.

If we can just get some stable continuity on the Coaching Staff and get more players to listen to CNS's advice to stay an extra year we just might have some more Trophies coming our way and keep this Dynasty thing going :cool2:

Defense:

One other thought - if all of those juniors come out next year (and most likely will), 2020 looks a little grim.

Yeah I'm hoping a few of those guys decide to come back, especially on the defensive side.

Tua is probably 99.999999999% gone and will be the #1 Overall Pick. The ONLY way he comes back is if for some reason his parents make him.

Jeudy and Ruggs will almost 100% both be gone too. I'd love for Smitty to come back if he wants but yeah he's likely gone too.

Najee is the big name I could see coming back. I'm not as sold on him as most other are right now. He's missing Homerun speed, tries to do to much/ loses patience when he doesn't see a hole right away, and keeps hurdling people and risking injury.

I won't be shocked if BRob becomes the #1A at some point becomes the best RB on the team.

Dylan Moses needs to have huge year to be a Round 1-2 projection. He has the talent no doubt but if he keeps having to play 1/2 step slow from overthinking he could drop like Mack.

Man Mack and DT cost themselves some serious money.
After the news broke yesterday that DT has a degenerative knee condition I can't blame him. He graduated last year and knee was only going to get worse. This may have been his only shot at any sort of a contact. Rapapport says that many teams did not even have him on their board.

I'd add Jedrick Wills. He may not come out but it wouldn't be THAT surprising if he does.

If they all come out 2020 is going to be a rough year. Simply with Tua leaving we are going to take a hit but add in all the other guys that may leave too and its not going to be as fun as it has been in recent years IMO.

Things can clearly change, but this mock has 8 in the first round.

If the Redskins are picking #1 overall (not likely) then I will have a breakdown if they don't take Tua. I might quit watching the NFL all together. I know we just took Haskins but if we are the worst team in football then we should absolutely do what the Cardinals did and take Tua.

Also my jaw dropped at Miller saying there are questions about Tua's pocket presence. Arm strength questions? fine. But come on man Tua moves incredibly well in the pocket and has since day 1.

I would be willing to bet the first pick will be Jets/Dolphins/Bungles/Buccaneers. One of those will be picking first.
